Expert strength coaching but through the power of the technology we bring the coaching direct to you, on your schedule! Your virtual coaching membership includes:
Unlimited: $200 per month Limited: $150 per month (2 lifts reviewed per week) Programming: $100 (strength programming only) Add-On Gym Membership - Add a 24/7 gym membership for only $25/month. |

Virtual coaching begins with a detailed assessment and a private call with your strength coach. From there you will receive an invitation to TurnKey Coach (TKC) app.
Within 72 hours of the your phone call, your strength coach will deliver a custom strength program specifically for you and your goals. Record your last working set of each major movement and upload the videos to TKC for review. Your coach will get back to you by the end of the next business day with detailed feedback. Programming updates will be made on a weekly basis and delivered via TKC.
Unlimited athletes are encouraged to record the last set of every major movement for each training session. Limited athletes may upload two videos total per week of their choosing. Programming athletes will not submit videos but will receive individualized strength programming with weekly updates.
You and your coach work closely together to make sure you achieve your strength goals.
