SMALL GROUP TRAINING - BARBELL CLUB

Barbell club is our flagship service, including coaching with Portland's strength training experts, individualized and custom built programming, 24/7 gym access, all at an extremely competitive rate.

Cost:
Unlimited - $250/month for unlimited sessions per week.
Limited - $200/month for a single coached session per week. 

Schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5-8pm
  • Saturday: 10am-noon

Add-On: 
Nutrition - Add Nutrition Coaching for $100/month.
Virtual Coaching - Add Virtual Coaching for $50/month, never miss a session!

PERSONAL TRAINING - EXCLUSIVE STRENGTH COACHING

Personal training combines the ultimate in flexibility, accountability, and one-on-one attention. Meet your goals with 100% hands on guidance from our experienced strength coaches. 

Your first step is our Introduction to Barbells. During this two hour private session you will learn everything necessary to train safely and effectively. From there we can guide your next best course of action whether that is personal training, small group coaching, virtual coaching, or open gym. 

Cost: Introductory Session -$125 for two hours.

VIRTUAL COACHING

Expert strength coaching but through the power of the technology we bring the coaching direct to you, on your schedule! Individualized, custom strength programming with rapid online visual and audio feedback. 

Cost:
Unlimited - $200 per month, daily feedback.
Limited - $150 per month, 2 lifts reviewed per week.
Programming - $100 per month, strength programming only​.

Add-On:
​Gym Membership - Add a 24/7 gym membership for only $25/month.
