Cost: Unlimited - $250 per month for unlimited sessions per week. Limited - $200 per month for one session per week. Add-On: Virtual Coaching - $50 per month, add virtual feedback to any lifts performed outside of clubs hours. Schedule:

Barbell club days are scheduled coaching hours that take place throughout the week, held at both Strength Union and Next level Barbell gyms. During the scheduled barbell club hours, an expert strength coach is on staff and available to coach our barbell club members. You are not required to stay for the duration of the barbell club, only stay as long as it takes to complete your own individual training.
During your first session, the coach will teach you the fundamentals of the squat, overhead press, and the deadlift as time permits. You will work up in sets of five until you find a difficult but reasonable top load. Before you leave, the coach will provide you an individualized strength program and a workout log book.
Our coaches are hard at work making sure each individual receives the coaching that they need. We ask that you notify us to observe and coach your last warmup and first work sets of every major barbell movement. Other sets may be completed individually or under the watchful eye of the coach on staff.
Athletes signed up for once a week may attend a single coached session each week and are expected to complete other workouts independently at the gym they signed up for. Athletes who have registered for unlimited are invited to visit any Next Level Barbell or Strength Union gym and may attend as many sessions as they desire.
