Personal training is the ultimate in flexibility and accountability for those seeking one-on-one attention. Work hand in hand with one of our expert strength coaches to meet your strength goals. Your journey begins with the Introduction to Barbells. INTRODUCTION TO BARBELL TRAINING During this two-hour private session with one of our strength coaches, you will learn everything necessary to begin training safely and effectively. This instruction includes how to perform the basic barbell lifts, strength programming, basic nutrition, safety, gym etiquette and more. Once completed your coach will recommend the next best course of action for you, whether that is continued Personal Training, Small Group Coaching, Virtual Coaching or Open Gym. SALE COST: $100 |

Unless previously arranged, every new athlete begins with the Introduction to Barbells.
Sessions are one-on-one and range between 60 to 120 minutes in length. Every session is tailored to the needs of the individual. Each session will include a proper warmup, workout, and discussion of the larger plan in place under the guidance of an experienced strength coach. Personal training provides a private training atmosphere, ample time to ask questions, and a high degree of accountability.
Cost: Sessions can be purchased as singles or in packages. Prices vary depending on the coach and we have coaches to fit nearly every budget.
