COACHES ARE IMPORTANT
Training with a knowledgeable strength coach, of which there are few, is what enables you as the lifter to predictably, rapidly, and safely get stronger. Unlike other gyms that offer a sea of mostly useless equipment and little instruction, we offer the best coaches in the industry to guide you towards success. Ultimately people that are coached learn faster, stay healthier, and are more successful.
STARTING STRENGTH NOVICE BARBELL CLASSES
Starting Strength Novice Barbell Classes are the fastest and most effective method of becoming proficient in the barbell lifts. Based upon the Starting Strength method, meet up with other lifters three times a week to learn the barbell lifts. Classes are 90 minutes in length. Each session will provide a proper warmup, workout, and discussion of the larger plan in place, all under the guidance of an experienced strength coach. Sessions are capped at 6 lifters so that each lifter will receive ample coaching. Are you ready to join our amazing community of lifters?

Cost: Novice classes are $275 per month. That's less then $25 per session!
In order to join an existing class, you must have completed the Introduction to Barbells.
